See An Art Show
Paula Duro and Alejandro Sordi are two painters that explore similar ideas – wild color palettes, dreamy landscapes and fantastical subjects – and for the last year they have been collaborating on a series of paintings and installation pieces which will go on display on Friday at the Patio del Liceo collective arts space at La Fuerza gallery. If you are going to see an art show this week, see this one. And if you want to make an art marathon out of it, head from Patio to San Telmo to see Geometric Obsession at the MACBA. The show is a collection of geometric artwork from the American School dating back to 1965 to the present. You can also check out Retratos at multifunctional arts space MODOS (which also serves as an art store and natural food restaurant). The show brings together work from 7 different artists working around the classic theme of portraits.
